From Sharon and Richard Lerner
Betty Ann invited us over their first house and asked Richard to help Gus paint the upstairs. It was a beautiful green color.
After their work was done, your Mom had a feast of good food to eat and we had a wonderful time visiting with both of them. That was before you and Janelle were born.
Your dad was driving us on the busy expressway and I smelled something funny- his tire was going flat. He held on to the steering wheel so hard and protected all four of us from a bad accident.
We remember Gus as a kind, intelligent man who loved his family very much and would do anything for them as he was so patient.
